C-NET offers the Computer-Based Testing (CBT) option for the following certification exams:

  • Care Coordination and Transition Management (CCCTM)

  • Addictions Nursing – RN (CARN)

  • Addictions Nursing – Advanced Practice (CARN-AP)

  • Clinical Hemodialysis Technician (CCHT)

  • Certified Nephrology Nursing Exam – Nurse Practitioner (CNN-NP)

  • Certified Nephrology Nursing Exam (CNN)

  • Certified Dialysis Nursing Exam (CDN)


Some of the benefits of taking your exam in the Computer-Based Test Format are:

 

INSTANT SCORE REPORT


Upon finishing the exam, candidates are immediately given a printed Score Report showing their exam results and passing status. (NNCC certification status for each candidate should be verified 2 weeks after the test date at www.nncc-exam.org.) Candidates who do not pass are provided with a breakdown of how they performed in all areas of the examination.

EASY INSTRUCTIONS & TUTORIAL


Taking your examination on the computer couldn’t be easier! The CBT format is a point and click format. Before taking your exam, you will first take a tutorial to learn how easy it is to take an exam in CBT format. The large TOOLBAR has buttons that help you navigate throughout the exam and perform actions easily!

LENGTHY WINDOW OF TESTING TIME


Candidates are notified by mail that they have a 90-day window of time to schedule and take the exam once their file is cleared for testing by C-NET.

ONSITE ASSISTANCE WITH CBT FORMAT


Trained, on-site proctors are provided to assist with questions about the computer-based test format, and other technical issues.
