Requirements:

* Hold a current and unrestricted license as a registered nurse (RN) in the U.S. or Canada.


* Have a minimum of 2 years of dermatology nursing experience as an RN.


* Have a minimum of 2000 hours of work experience in dermatology nursing within the past 2 years in a general staff, administrative, teaching, or research capacity.

Fees:

$200 for for DNA members

$275 for non-members

$25 late fee for all applications postmarked after the deadline


Reduced fee for individuals who took the exam one time and did not pass: $125 for DNA members and $200 for non-members

* Current license as an RN in the United States, its territories, or Canada.
* Minimum of 2 years of plastic surgical nursing experience as an RN.
* Spend at least 50% of practice hours in plastic surgical nursing during 2 of the preceding 5 years.
* Be in compliance with state regulations of the practice of hemodialysis patient-care technicians, if applicable. Applicants must meet the experience requirement (for certification) of the state in which they practice.
