You will need to have the following two documents ready to upload before starting the application. Each document must be uploaded individually. To prepare your documents, scan or photograph each document separately and keep the images on your desktop or mobile device for easy upload.
IDENTIFICATION & RN LICENSE
You will need:
1) A non-expired, non-temporary copy of your government-issued photo ID (photo side only)
2) A copy of your RN license showing date of expiration (or screenshot of RN License Look up
SCHOLASTIC DOCUMENTATION
You will need:
3) A diploma showing a Master's in "nursing", or a transcript showing a Master's (or higher) in "nursing"
